Description

These robust Banqueting trolleys provide a large capacity, mobile, hot holding solution for plated meals. This 120 plate capacity unit is ideal for hotels, conferences, and event catering on a large scale. Simply give the trolley a preheat, load it with your hot plated meals and it will hold the food at a suitable temperature until ready to serve, then transfer the unit to the dining area and serve when ready. Multi fan technology allows the plated covered meals to be held in perfect condition until ready to serve. The doors open through 180° for easy access. Fitted with a humidifier for choice of moist or dry air. 4 x 150mm castors, 2 fixed and 2 swivel braked. It is recommended that plate covers are used for stacking and moisture retention.
