Simply select a temperature (anywhere between 35°C to 85°C), and let the Buffalo food warmer do the rest. And once service is over, the warmer is easy to clean - a great little feature for saving a bit of time.
This model features two plates with overhead bulbs and can accommodate up to full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm food trays at a time. As an added extra, the Buffalo food warmer is supplied with the bulbs as standard, so you can install the unit straight away.
