Clifton portable digital immersion circulator. For consistant controlled cooking, the Clifton circulator allows chef to cook at a precise temperature to produce consistantly perfect products. Ideal for sous vide and other low temperature cooking. Can be used with a volume of water up to 56 litres and be fitted to gastronorm containers or cooking pots. Having a temperature range of +5° to 95°C with temperature fluctuation of 0.05°C either way. Digital LED temperature / timer display and low water safety feature. Plugs into a standard 13 amp socket.
