Description

CookTek MWG3000P heavy duty single induction wok hob. The perfect piece of equipment for Front of House 'Theatre cooking'. These are the highest quality Induction units on the market backed by an unbelievable 5 years parts and labour warranty. The simple rotary control has 20 different power settings. With an LED display, the wok shaped coil transfers rapid power to the pan to sear and cook food quickly. The unit has air intake from the front combined with a continuous heavy duty fan for constant operation. There is a washable metal mesh filter for ease of maintenance. This hob has a power rating of 3000 watts and operates from a 13 amp supply. This comes supplied with a 36cm diameter wok to perfectly sit on the rim of the unit. Please note: use of unsuitable pans sitting on the glass will invalidate the warranty.
