Description
Control is via a simple thermostat, allowing you to keep foods such as baked beans, chili, gravy or hot desserts at the perfect temperature without burning. The bain marie can also be used in wet or dry configurations - the choice is yours. And with space for six full-size pans, you can provide your guests with plenty of choice.
The Cossiga includes an overhead gantry with halogen lighting, as well as a full glass front and rear acrylic door. Food is expertly presented for maximum appeal, whilst food hygiene is improved.
