Elizabeth Shaw Dark Mint Chocolate Cremes are perfect when served with after dinner coffee or as part of a sumptuous afternoon tea. Each bite combines tempting dark chocolate with a wonderful mint fondant centre. Individually wrapped in silver foil, these decadent treats are a great for any restaurant, bistro, or coffee shop. They are gluten free.

Ingredients - Sugar, dark chocolate (18%) [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vegetable fat (palm, shea) in varying proportions, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers: lecithin (SOYA), polyglycerol ricinolate; flavouring]; glucose syrup, water, humectant: sorbitol syrup; natural mint oil.

Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy: 1690kj/404kcal, Fat: 6.6g, of which saturates: 4.0g, Carbohydrates: 83g, of which sugars: 78g, Fibre: 2.3g, Protein: 0.9g, Salt: 0.01g.

Storage - Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated atmosphere away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Store separately from perfumed goods and strong odours. Ideal storage 13°C - 18°C (55°F - 65°F)
