Foster prep station. Model FPS 2 HR. Perfect food prep for multiple operation types, whether you are making pizzas, salads or sandwiches. The prep top accepts but doesn't include 6 x 1/3GN containers up tp 150mm deep. Fan assisted, forced air system delivering the perfect temperature to both counter base and prep top. This is an eco-friendly model which runs on HFC-Free R290 refrigerant and has a standard stainless steel exterior with aluminium interior construction. Digital controller and temperature display. This Foster product can operate efficiently in temperatures up to 43°C. Supplied with 2 adjustable shelves for each door section and mounted on castors as standard. Can be fitted with drawers as an optional extra.
