Blast chiller / freezer. Chill and freeze products to comply with hygiene regulations. Blast chill from 90°C down to +3°C within 90 minutes. Blast freeze from 90°C down to -18°C in less than 240 minutes. High grade 304 stainless steel exterior & interior. Internal temperature probe included. Accepts 5 x GN1/1 trays. For optimal result it is recommended to use 25mm deep gastronorm containers (not supplied). Automatic switching to storage mode after each cycle. The unit has both Hard and Soft cycle modes to ensure premium quality of products. Adjustable legs as standard. Self closing door with right hand hinge. Digital controller and temperature display.
