Using a powerful 250W in an effective heat lamp, the Hatco focuses heat down onto food, helping to keep it at the correct serving temperature whilst also creating an attractive and functional carving display area.

The lamp is fitted with innovative patented telescoping adjustable post pivot, allowing you to position it to wherever the heat is needed. Below, the Swanstone base is heated too, with accurate thermostatic control providing the temperature needed to keep meats ready to serve for extended periods. The station also includes a sizable cutting area, complete with juice channel, helping you to keep your carving station mess-free.
