I have had the privilege of working at Premier Vanguard for 11 years, starting my journey as an apprentice. From the very beginning, Premvan has always been very supportive and ensured we are provided with a supportive environment for learning and development. Over the years my manager Scott and my colleagues have been incredibly supportive and understanding, especially during times when life has thrown unexpected challenges my way. We believe on building strong relationships with our customers and delivering top-quality service has been a key factor in building my database. I’m looking forward to what the future holds and am proud to be part of such a fantastic company.

I’ve never looked back since joining Premvan. I came from a sales background but can honestly say you get out what you put into it. My manager Emma has always set clear expectations, provided valuable feedback, and has always had time for me and any other member of staff no matter the circumstances.

From a sales perspective, I love what I do, working with my customers on a daily basis as well as bringing in new customers along the way. There is no limit to what you can achieve or even earn.

I started my journey at Premier Vanguard 4 months ago as sales support alongside doing my apprenticeship. I have the pleasure of working along side Charlotte who has been fantastic with helping me to understand the system and deal with queries on a daily basis. Her support has helped me navigate many challenges and improve my own skills. I am very grateful for her assistance. Emma has also been a massive help in my journey so far, her expertise and support have been invaluable. I look forward to continuing my journey at Premvan and seeing what the future holds.

What can I say about my employment at Premvan?

Without the support, encouragement and tutelage of Michael, Luke and Neil, I wouldn’t have the first notion as to how to perform my duties to the standard required of me. With the skills afforded to me, I believe I have developed both professionally and personally. I now have gained skills that are interchangeable with both my work life and my personal life.

There is a real sense of togetherness and support and everyone goes above and beyond to ensure the job gets done.
