Lincat LC110B combination oven - 10 x 1/1 grid electric. Smart touch LCD screen with access to 500 saved recipes including cookbook with preset recipes. 6 cooking modes with humidity control and Combismart 10 step humidity control. Proving function with automatic humidification. Rack timer for each individual shelf. There is an automatic washing system as standard with 5 different programs. The oven has a reversible fan which has 9 adjustable steps to suit the product that is being cooked. There is also a three point temperature probe for accurate cooking of all products. The oven is a hybrid with a boiler and steam injection, ideal for menus that require a high volume of steaming. This model is available in either single or three phase. Supplied with starter kit of detergent and rinse aid. This unit requires an LCC1003 water filter kit.
