This unit delivers perfect pasta consistantly. Front mounted controls to ensure safe working. Hinged element with a safety cut out provides easy access for tank cleaning. Water temperature contolled by an accuracte thermostat. 304 grade stainless tanks to help resist salt and starch corrosion as well as corrosion resitant elements. Drain tap to front, supplied with lids to reduce heat up time and cover when not in use. 2 x 13 amp electrical supply required. Please note: The unit is supplied without pasta baskets, see accessories for options.
