Equipped with two independently controlled 4Ltr tanks and featuring two baskets, the versatile fryer can cook multiple dishes simultaneously: saving on time, effort, and cost. Both tanks have removable control heads and elements too, making cleaning and maintenance simple.
The LDF2 is ideal for frying perfectly fluffy chips - up to 17kg of chips per hour (from frozen) and 21kg (chilled). The fryer comes with two baskets which means different foods or loads can be cooked simultaneously: saving on time, effort, and costs.
Equipped with thermostatic control for consistent cooking results, this deep fat fryer also features a safety thermostat that prevents overheating protecting users during operation.
Finished in stainless steel, the Lincat Lynx 400 fryer has the durability and practicality to withstand the rigours of the commercial kitchen and needs no installation - just plug and play!
