Description

The Lipari 2C double deck pizza oven can cook up to 8 x 12 inch (305mm) per load. The unit has a refractory brick deck giving a crispy base for pizzas. With a temperature range of 50°C - 350°C the oven can bake any other items such as lasagne, cannelloni etc. The drop down doors have panoramic double glazed glass windows. Each deck has double interior lighting and it's own temperature gauge. Independent top and bottom controls give great oven controlability. Each deck can operate at different temperatures. The unit operates from a three phase electrical supply with a 9KW loading.
