Description

Evolution Premium Range Dishwasher, pass through, breaktank, internal water softener, soft touch controls, drain pump, LCD information display, corner or straight through operation. Cycle times between 90 & 715 secs. adjustable cycle times. Plus special applications of glasswash cycle, sanitising cycle, long cycle for intensive wash and a green cycle for economy which reduces water consumption. 20 litre wash tank 55°C, rinse boiler 78°C, built-in detergent & rinse aid dispensers, 500 x 500mm basket, (1) open rack & (1) plate rack & 1 x cutlery insert. Electrical loading of 4.7KW or 6.7KW, either 20 or 30 amp single phase supply. Unless specified the machine is supplied standard as 30amp. Hot water fill (max 50°C) is recommended for optimum performance. Warranty 2 years parts and labour. Unit has a heat recovery system which reduces the amount of heat and steam introduced into the wash up area creating a better working environment, also reduces the requirement for an extraction hood.
