Description

Want to add a unique, decorative finish to your chocolate creations? Look no further than Pavoni's geometric transfer sheets. These special sheets are silkscreened with cocoa butter-based colours, allowing you to create quick yet stunning designs on your dark, white, or milk chocolates. Simply spread a layer of melted chocolate over the sheet. Once the chocolate cools and hardens, peel away the transfer sheet to reveal the design imprinted on the chocolate.

Ingredients - White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk fat, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavour and flavour), totally hydrogenated anhydrous vegetable fat, colouring (E-172). Allergens: may contain traces of Soy and derivatives, Milk and derivatives.

Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy: 516kj/2148kcal, Fat: 35.6g, of which saturates: 25.4g, Carbohydrates: 44g, of which sugars: 36.8g, Fibre: 0g, Protein: 4.8g, Salt: 0.15g.
