The unit has a single speed motor and fixed head and bowl. The 33 litre bowl is protected by a transparent polycarbonate bowl cover for safety. all parts in contact with food are made entirely of stainless steel. The body is constructed of scratch resistant, easy to clean metal. Mounted on adjustable feet. The unit has a 1100 watt motor and operates from a 13 amp electrical supply.
