Sammic ultra cutter-mixer. The massive 8.0 litre cutter bowl is stainless steel with a highly resistant polycarbonate lid. The lid has an opening to enable liquid to be added during the cutting process. The bowl has a built-in scraper to assist the mixing process without having to remove the lid. The motor block has a variable speed from 300 - 3000RPM using brushless technology for maximum efficiency. Easy to use advanced control panel that indicates the required information at a glance. The unit is supplied with a serrated blade, smooth and perforated blades are available as optional extras. The machine operates from a standard 13 amp plug.
