The fabulous flavour of sweet yet tart raspberry in Simply's raspberry puree is perfect for so many recipes. Packed with real fruit, this raspberry puree can be layered into cocktails, blended into smoothies or added into fruity frappes. Shake in a cocktail shaker with your favourite spirits or add to frappes for something berry special. Not only does it taste great but the puree is also gluten and nut free, suitable for halal and is vegan certified by the Vegetarian Society.

Ingredients - Sugar, Raspberry Puree (50.1% v/v), Acid: Citric Acid, Natural Flavouring, Stabiliser: Pectin Colour: Anthocyanins, Preservative: E202. Nutritional Info (per 100ml): Energy: 1063 Kcal/ 250 Kj. Fat: 0.1g, of which saturates: 0.1g, Carbohydrates: 61.3g, of which sugars: 61.2g, Fibre: 0.7g, Protein: 0.6g, Salt: 0.02g.
