The mixing bowl has a reinforced edge with stainless steel shaft. The dough hook is made of forged steel for robustness. The lid can open to add ingredients during operation. The highly efficient ventilated motor has an oil-bath gearbox and a reinforced chain drive. Mounted on lockable castors as standard.
