Sirman ceramic double PDVC RR T ribbed contact grill. Ideal for high volume outlets such as major coffee chains. Ceramic cooking plates ribbed top and bottom with Ceran ceramic-glass cooking surfaces. The PDVC unit uses approximately 36% less energy than a conventional Panini grill. Potential savings of up to £ 400 per year. The non-stick plates help prevent products sticking and make the units easy to clean. Fast heat up times and excellent heat retention delivers consistant cooking results. Product timers fitted to both sides to assist the operator. Thermostat operates at 0° - 300°C. The unit has a drip tray to collect any unwanted liquids and food debris. Operates from a standard 13 amp socket.
