Ideal for high volume outlets such as cafes, bars, kiosks etc. Cast iron cooking plates ribbed top and bottom with an exclusive ceramic coating treatment on cooking surfaces. The coating is non-stick and helps prevent products sticking, peeling and makes the unit easy to clean. Fast heat up times and excellent heat retention delivers consistant cooking results. Product timers fitted to both sides to assist the operator. Thermostat operates at 0° - 300°C. Operates from a standard 13 amp socket.
