The Stromboli double deck pizza oven can cook up to 8 x 9 inch (220mm) per load. The unit has a refractory brick deck giving a crispy base for pizzas. With a temperature range of 50°C - 350°C and dial temperature gauges the oven can bake any other items such as lasagne, cannelloni etc. The compact design and 16 amp electric supply means this oven is easy to site and install, bringing good profits and high margins. Independent controls mean that each deck can operate at different temperatures. Can be converted to 2 x 13 amp supplies at time of ordering.
