The Vesuvio 85x70 double deck pizza oven can cook up to 8 x 14 inch (350mm) per load. The unit has a refractory brick deck giving a crispy base for pizzas. With a temperature range of 50°C - 350°C and a digital temperature controller the oven can bake any other items such as lasagne, cannelloni etc. Precise temperature control with 2 thermostats per deck , 1 for the baking deck and 1 for the cooking chamber. The ovens have an air vent with a shutter, double glazed glass window and also interior lighting. The unit operates from 2 x single phase electrical supplies.
