The Vesuvio 105x70 single deck pizza oven can cook up to 6 x 13 inch (330mm) per load. The unit has a refractory brick deck giving a crispy base for pizzas. With a temperature range of 50°C - 350°C and a digital temperature controller the oven can bake any other items such as lasagne, cannelloni etc. Precise temperature control with 2 thermostats , 1 for the baking deck and 1 for the cooking chamber. The oven has an air vent with a shutter, double glazed glass window and also interior lighting. The unit operates from a three phase electrical supply.
