The sturdy riveted handle provides a strong grip, reducing the risk of dropping or spilling the crepes. The 300mm length helps chefs keep their hands at a good distance from the Vogue pan, whilst providing full control for flipping and turning the contents. This pan is induction compatible which makes it ideal for most oven and hob types, including electric and gas.
